It does not connect

• Make sure both devices are on the same WiFi.
• Type the number address the app shows under the QR code, like 192.168.1.24:8080. It always works. hushcast.local:8080 works on some devices.
• Some routers block devices from talking to each other. Try another network or a phone hotspot.

The picture is black

Android blocks screen capture for protected video, such as some streaming apps. HushCast cannot and does not get around it.

Rotation looks wrong

Rotation is set when you start. Turn your device the way you want it, then tap Start.
